Services and products will be provided as described in the applicable quote, invoice, or agreement. Any changes or additional work requested may result in adjusted pricing or timelines and must be approved in writing.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice or agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, and any required materials to complete the work.

Delays caused by missing information, third-party issues, or Customer actions may affect delivery schedules and are not the responsibility of H.R. Lewis Petroleum Co.

All services and products are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Except where explicitly stated in writing, no additional warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.H.R. Lewis Petroleum Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or downtime. Liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Continued use of our services or products constitutes acceptance of these terms.
